At Mudo Matcha, we take pride in delivering high-quality matcha and related products. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:
* The item arrived damaged or defective
* You received the wrong product
* Your order was lost in transit
We do not accept returns for:
* Opened or used products
* Change of mind after purchase
* Products not stored properly after delivery
2. Reporting an Issue
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within **7 days of delivery** at:

* Clear photos (if applicable)
3. Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
